Abstract

The article provides an overview of the Tyumen region education system's successful reformation based on the analysis of theliterature published in the 2000s. The shift to normative per capita financing and a new wage payment system are also examined in the article. In addition, the author presents the continuity andinterconnection of changes in the Tyumen region education, thepriority national project "Education", the complex project of education modernization and reforms in the Moscow education system from 2011 to 2020
